Night Ballet with Time Stamps from Last Week –
Sunday night
11pm – All children are sleeping in their own bed after two hours of coaxial. I chose to lie down in my bed to fall asleep
1:15am – The 4 year old wakes up and enters our bed. I moved to her bed and everyone has plenty of space
4:30am – The baby wakes up across the hall. I stand up, take a new bottle and a child from my wife and beat him next to me in my 4 year old bed.
6am – I wake up that day
Monday night
9:30pm – A 4 year old child lies with mom beating me in my bed.
10pm -The 4 year old is still awake in my bed watching the bravo run again. Mom is asleep.
10:05pm – Move your 4 year old child to the sofa and lie down. I’m sitting with her.
10:53pm – Sit quietly, dark and quietly for 48 minutes. She is still awake.
11:15pm – Give up and later found a 4 year old sleeping in my bed. I slept again in my 4 year old bed.
6am – I wake up that day
Tuesday night
10pm – Children are still awake after they’ve fed them at later bedtime in return for attending a church event in the evening
10:45pm – While sitting with her, she was standing upright at the foot of her daughter’s bed and falling asleep
11:42pm – Awakened in surprise, I went to sleep after blocking all the lights and TV in the house
6am – I wake up that day
Wednesday night
Wednesday at 1pm – Close your eyes and take a break on the desk during a muted zoom call
10:30pm – After all, everyone went to sleep, they slept in their own bed.
11:10pm – The baby has woken up. I gave him a bottle on the sofa.
11:30pm – I fell asleep on the sofa with my sleeping baby
12:05am – I put my baby back in my crib and put it back in my bed to myself
6am – I slept on the alarm
6:35am – I wake up that day
Thursday night
10pm – Children sleep in bed after a 45-minute bedtime talk.
11pm – I fell asleep in my bed
4:15am – The baby wakes up. I won’t go back to sleep. I think I’m awake that day
Friday night
9pm – Kids still have too much energy. It’s not worth the fight yet to sleep
10:50 Something – I fell asleep in a recliner, turned on the lights, a glass of wine fell asleep watching TV in my hands
4am – I woke up and felt relieved to see that I had not spilled wine. I put down the glass and went back to sleep.
7:30am – I wake up that day
Saturday night
8:30pm – Warn children at early bedtime tonight for unspecified reasons
10:03pm – Pull out all the tricks I know to put them to sleep
10:16pm -I realized my wife had fallen asleep. It’s really not important now. Kids watch TV for another 30 minutes
7:30am – I wake up that day
