April 13-19, 2025 (Rate of change since comparable weeks in 2024):

• Occupation: 61.4% (-8.1%)
•Average daily rate (ADR): 158.00 USD (-1.3%)
•Revenue per Room Available (RevPar): USD 97.06 (-9.3%)

The following graph shows seasonal patterns of hotel occupancy using Average over 4 weeks.

The red line is 2025, blue is median, and dashed light blue is 2024. Dash Purple is 2018 and is the hotel occupancy rate.

The four-week average of occupancy is tracked both last year and median (blue) for the period from 2000 to 2024.

Note: The Y-axis starts from zero and displays better seasonal changes.

The four-week average moves mostly sideways until the summer travel season. Due to low international tourism, occupancy can be a hit during the summer.
