From March 30th to April 5th, 2025 (changes in percentage from comparable weeks in 2024):
• Occupation: 63.8% (-0.6%)
•Average daily rate (ADR): 160.18 USD (+1.4%)
•Revenue per Room Available (RevPar): 102.21 USD (+0.8%)

The four-week average occupancy rate was followed last year and is the median period (blue) from 2000 to 2024.
Note: The Y-axis starts from zero and displays better seasonal changes.
The four-week average moves mostly sideways until the summer travel season. Due to low international tourism, occupancy may be a hit during the summer.
