Kirloskar Industries Ltd (kil) today held on May 20, 2025, and the board of directors will receive shareholder approval from May 21, 2025 to May 20, 2030 (both days).
Board chair Atul Kirosker said, “We are delighted to welcome George to the Kirosker Industries family. George works with a variety of companies within the group and has experience in business strategy, operational execution, leadership, personnel transformation, marketing and culture.
Various roles
Verghese is a veteran leader with over 20 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles in companies such as Dell, Reliance Communications, and Cummins. Throughout his tenure, he has held a variety of roles, including business operations, HR, business strategy, marketing and branding.
Verghese joined the Kirolskar Group company in April 2021 as Vice President of Group HR. He later became Chro and Chief of Staff at Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd, and was part of the core team responsible for the success of strategic business turnarounds. George received his Masters degree in Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and prior to that he graduated from the Engineering Department of Munnar.
