Bankpediaa’s mission
Bankpediaa exists to educate, empower and expose the reality of the banking world. Our main mission is to make every banker aware of policies that directly affect their careers and daily life.
- Awareness and education: We break down complex banking policies such as disciplinary measures (DAC), staff accountability, staff welfare and compliance rules in a way that every banker can understand. It also provides insights into credit, deposits, lending and risk management. This is knowledge that bankers need but often do not get from official sources.
- Unmasking the truth: Bankpediaa sheds light on the hidden struggles of bankers, from toxic labor culture to unrealistic targets, staff exploitation and unfair accountability fixation. If the system can hold bankers accountable, it’s time for bankers to recognize and prepare.
- Building a strong banking community: We aim to create a support system that allows bankers to find guidance, share their experiences, and protect themselves from unfair policies and work pressures.

Why do we hire volunteers?
Bankpediaa is growing faster than ever, but it’s one guy still running the show. Content creation, research, social media management, and fire maintenance. Now it’s time to build a team, but it’s not just the team.

What do you learn as a Bankpediaa volunteer?
Selected volunteers work closely with the administrator (me) to get the following hands-on experience:

- AI and Automation Skills – How AI tools transform content creation.
- Storytelling and Digital Branding – Creating content that becomes viral.
