The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has approved the Red Herring prospectus draft for IPO Integrum Energy Infrastructure Limited. The company is open to fund working capital requirements, invest in its subsidiary Integrum Green Assets Private Limited, and to fund the establishment of solar power plants, providing energy to C&I customers under long-term power purchase agreements, funding financial expenditures for inorganic growth through acquisitions and other strategic initiatives, and to fund general corporate purposes.
The company plans to issue up to 49,50,000 shares as new issues, each earning a face value of £10, selling up to 5,40,000 shares, and collecting it into a total problem size of up to 54,90,000 shares at upcoming IPOs. Beeline Capital Advisors Private Limited has been appointed as the book running the lead manager in this issue, and the integrated registry management service Private Limited will act as the registrar for this issue.
