Okay. Let’s start the next session. We are delighted to welcome Jack Williams, Senior Vice President of ExxonMobil. Jack runs the Product Solutions business in Exxon. Jack, please, thank you for joining us this morning.

Thank you, John. appreciate. It’s good to be here. Yes, we run the business on a four-person management board where I sit. Also, I have product solutions, as well as supply chains and global projects report to me and our global operations and sustainability organizations. So I’ll go into more about it a little later.
I really want to go through some slides quickly. Warning statement, I will make some forward statements. To give a little introduction to what we are doing as a company, what we are doing, what we are trying to do, and what our looks are in between now and 2030, John and I can talk a bit about it.
The way we see the purpose of a company is that we are really trying to solve this and the equation. That’s why we produce energy, affordable, reliable energy and important products that society needs and will continue to require for decades, while simultaneously reducing emissions. We consider both missions to be extremely important, and we both take it very seriously and put a lot of effort into each.
