The Asia-Pacific market will trade training losses on three major mixed benchmarks on all three major Wall Street benchmarks last Friday after President Donald Trump imposed tariffs on tech giant Apple and rigid obligations on the European Union.
Japanese benchmark Nikkei 225 Futures contracts in Chicago were 37,250, with Osaka’s counterpart last trading at 37,190, and the last closure of the index traded at 37,190 against 37,160.47, set to open slightly higher.
Hong Kong’s Hangsen Index futures were 23,479, pointing to a weaker opening compared to HSI’s closure at 23,601.26 on Friday.
Australia S&P/ASX 200 We plan to start a higher day as futures are tied to 8,387 benchmarks compared to the final closing of 8,360.90.
